Drinking Chocolate - 72% Belize

A rich and velvety European style drinking chocolate, handcrafted using ethically sourced cocoa beans from the Maya Mountain cacao in Belize.

Tasting Notes: Dried Plum, Tart Cherry, Jasmine

Ingredients: Organic Cacao & Organic Cane Sugar

Mixing Directions:

• Heat 1/2 cup milk in a small saucepan until steaming (not yet boiling).
• Add 1/4 cup drinking chocolate and whisk vigorously over low heat until all chocolate is completely melted.
• Pour into mug, sip and enjoy.

(Use water for a lighter version; use cream for decadence.)
