Manager Mr. Kiyokazu Suzuki visits coffee farms in person for sourcing high quality coffee beans. He has also established a database of coffee brewing technique, which includes temperature, roasting level, brewing time and so on. Under the core concept of “Share Roaster” of Glitch, Mr. Suzuki is willing to share his database to explore the potential inside the beans together with the peers in the coffee industry.
